Education and Experience
“I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.”
Jessie focuses on the social, psychological, biological, and spiritual aspect of each client. She believes that wellness in each of these areas is God’s intent and that it is in the context of relationship that change, wholeness, and life happen. Her hope is to provide a safe space where her clients can come as they are to explore their relationships with themselves, their loved ones, their communities, and with God.
With a Masters in Social work, she has a particular passion for interpersonal neurobiology, health and wellness, and loves implementing current scientific research on the brain, neurology, and genetics.
She is a TBRI Practitioner and is also undergoing training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). She is currently working towards certification in this technique by the EMDRIA criteria found at emdria.org.
Currently, Jessie has very limited availability and is only seeing clients interested in EMDR for non-trauma related issues.
